Susan Anderson, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Susan Anderson is a long-time resident of Sumner County. Susan, and her husband Robert, are very active in their community and the Middle Tennessee area. They are avid fans of the Nashville Predators and Nashville Soccer Club. Susan received her graduate degree from Western Kentucky University. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner credentialed by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Susan is very passionate about diabetes management. She was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a teenager. Susan helps care for patients from newborn to geriatric and enjoys helping her patients maintain optimal health. She is a CDL-certified medical examiner.
Rebecca Parks, FNP
Family Nurse Practitioner
Rebecca attended Cumberland University right out of high school and graduated with her BSN in 2016. She began her nursing career at Sumner Regional Medical Center in 2016 while attending MTSU to earn her Master of Science in Nursing degree, working on a medical-surgical floor specializing in respiratory medicine and hospice care, including the Covid unit during the height of the pandemic. She graduated from MTSU with her MSN in 2021 and is certified as an FNP through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Rebecca joined Family Health Care of Gallatin in June 2021 and is passionate about mental health, weight loss, women's health and diabetes management, advocating for all her patients to get the care they need.
